ATM usability
I want to do a report on ATMs in India. I need volunteers to ask ATM users questions, I am looking for people in Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai and Hyderabad. I don’t mind even if we miss out on a city or two but I would be happy if we are able to cover all major banks in a particular city. Anyone want to lend a hand?
Points to ponder
- I’d be designing a questionnaire which you have to use
- I leave it to your discretion one how, where and when to speak to people in ATMs
- I don’t think they’d allow you inside an ATM when someone is using it
