Here’s a list of CMS that I found to be very useful. AND easy to implement.
- Nucleus
- B2
- Drupal
- Envolution
All of the above are PHP/MySQL based. Now, I don’t know how to code with PHP nor am a database guru. That must tell you how easy the above tools are to implement. (Disclaimer: that doesn’t mean someone who has never seen a computer can implement them, you get the drift?)
