This morning was walking from hotel to work.<br \/>\nCheck this out for a pedestrian signal:<br \/>\nHand sign in red = Stop<br \/>\nHand sign in red blinking = Walk but rush!<br \/>\nand in between the two above you have a &#8216;running man&#8217; sign that flashes approximately for a second. And for a bunch of Indians who are utterly clueless about how to cross the perilous highway, with its rushing cars and trucks a Green hand could have saved a lot of time.<br \/>\nThe signal is pedestrian-operated and I don&#8217;t know if during peak-hours there is no green and later on the green comes on&#8230; but this definitely sucks. You can&#8217;t change a traffic light man!
